Hey there, welcome! I’m Coach Sarah, a former single mama, transformed to wife and mom to 6! During my season as a single mom I remember feeling lonely, stressed, and overwhelmed.

I felt this intense pressure, like there was just not enough time in the day to get my to-do list done, work a full-time job, pay the bills, take care of the house, and the kids, and all the chores, and certainly not make time for myself!

I figured out how to create more time in my schedule for myself and my children, how to work fewer hours and still get my to-do list done. My life felt less lonely, I was less stressed, and much more organized.

Because I went through those struggles, challenges, and all the responsibilities that come with the title of single parent, I know how to resolve them and I help other single parents do the same — without yelling at their kids, without feeling stressed, while making time for themselves, and enjoying life! 

When I decided it was time to stop just surviving and start really living, I found a community of other single parent, and then later a coach to guide me through it. I could not believe I was suffering in silence for so long, when there were so many resources available to me. My mission in life is to be that resource, that guide, for you too so you can receive that same support and hope that I got during my time as a single parent.
